I provide pain-free designer experiences for my clients through excellent design, and reliable teamwork.
Why say “pain-free,” you ask? Well, painful is what I often hear when it comes to working with graphic design contractors. “Artsy people” tend to have a hard time meeting deadlines consistently; they push back on what clients want for the sake of designer aesthetics.
They stand on two ends of the spectrum: OK with modifying designs a thousand times, but never figure out what went wrong in the first place. Or, they take any revision requests as personal criticism.
In short, lack of communication skills.
I’m not like that.
Over the years in the marketing industry, I learned, grew, and closed in that gap between clients and designers. I work closely with customer journey / sales process. I aim for designs that communicate as strongly as their visual appeal.
Because nothing makes me happier than to hear my clients say: “Our prospects LOVE it. It made us stand out from our competitors!”
